Dear Parents and Carers,

Tomorrow is our Fun Day starting at 10.40am and finishing at 2.40pm.  Please see below some of our Duty of Care reminders and updates relating to the day.

For more details on the day, please refer to the Parent / Carer Program that have been sent home via students (hard copy),or click the link Parent_and_Carer_booklet.pdf

  • During the day students must stay with their class groups under the supervision of school staff and cannot leave groups to be with parents and carers.
  • Younger siblings are to be supervised by parents and are not able to participate in the Fun Day activities.
  • Parents / Carers and younger siblings are to use the toilets that are located in the JMC (gymnasium). These toilets also include a disabled toilet and baby changing facilities. Students will not be using these toilets throughout the day. Parents / Carers and younger siblings are not to enter or use the student grade allocated toilets at any time.
  • A coffee van will be present through the day which includes some snacks and food. Please avoid purchasing drinks and food for students from the van.
  • During lunchtime, students will eat as a whole group under the supervision of staff. They will then play in areas 1 and 2. Parents / Carers and younger siblings who are remaining through the lunch break are asked to remain in area 1 (oval space and seating area outside grade 6 classrooms where the coffee van will be located).
  • Students are required to return to their classrooms at 2.40pm to be dismissed for the day at 2.45pm.
